On the surface (SP activity) I agree, it looks like things are falling apart - the 50 day bond expectation may have been a catalyst. However, sounds to me like the timeline was given by the lender - a best case scenario that didn't allow for any queries or amendments.
As per the announcement, it appears that they're definitely also progressed with other finance options i.e. plans B and C... I honestly think that funding wont be far away at all. Will then be a massive turnaround in SP trajectory, with people scrambling to buy recently sold shares imo
We know Townsville is progressing nicely - no disruption from the election outcome.
I'm looking forward to things settling down in India after election results being finalized tomorrow.
I have a lot of faith in Marc Vogtz - a seasoned professional. I don't think he would have bought more shares today if he didn't see a lot of upside
