I believe The SP is down solely due to the surprise cap raise and Regal pushing the price down to obtain more shares, at lower price, followed by their sell off. The value of our assets alone, one now income generating is way higher than the current SP. IM3NY is valued conservatively at $1.5BUS and we own 64% yet we sit at less than 200k MC - with Nachu, quality of graphite, AAM test put us in top qtr percentile and IM3 now producing and shipping are we really a $200M MC business??
