    Not to mention Frank buying up, just scraped in for the halt as there was trading that went through which were buying, any bad news tgen Frank would have known about it prior so why buy shares in market if he knows he will lose them, I feel it's something positive as if MNS didn't do a trading halt then there could have been insider trading, Trading halt makes it fair for all whether it's good or bad news!
