The plant near Sambalpur in Odisha will initially produce 25,000 tonnes of the fine-quality aluminium foil which forms the backbone of Lithium-ion and Sodium-ion cells; plant commissioning by July 2025
So C4v are trying to lock in raw materials for "a" plant. Hopefully iM3NY. Which of coarse means they think it will be in operation. Just wonder who will own it? The $64K question.
