The solution to the Magnis Mess is simple. Fire the board and officers. Dis-associate the company from Farnk and co. Attempt to get out of the web of trouble that is still festering over im3alltalk. Then restart. But honestly, why bother??
Better to find something risky and marginal, like graphite and start a new company.
The SP for Magnis will struggle to get above the .001 or so value even if all that is done. If the suspension is taken off.
Wrap it up in toilet paper and flush it.
