Well if as I believe Frank is mnsFAN as he admitted to as much to selling stock on HC and has mentioned the AVOs he has on Price on that handle more than a few times.
Ive explained lending/borrowing stock before for the benefit of shorting.
Other than that I’d say wait for the ASIC investigations to conclude.
