I concur, the money from the Biden if they get it will go to Wages and other onfoing costs, MNS needs huge funds in one go and unless they have some partnership with some entity that has the cash to get im3ny to where it wants to go otgerwise we could see a SP back to under 10c as it is a specky. Look at the buy side it it getting gobbled up with sellers, once this selling gets traction tgen you will see how quick the SP plummets, First finger on the buzzer
