I suspect he hasn't bought evidence to the accusations because there is no real evidence or his attorney has advised him not to file the evidence because it might be less than helpful to his financial claim , evidence in his mind merely alleging something rather than having proof his allegations are in fact true

anybody willing to sit on HC making 1000s of posts that might well undermine his court proceedings isn't real smart
