Really really good question for this week's AGM

A couple of others that would be nice to have answered

1) There appears to be zero sales made in well over a year - MNS to elaborate

2) Is IM3NY selling cells or are they selling batteries - what's the breakdown of the binding agreements and margins on each

3) When are they expecting a DOE funding announcement either way

4) Nachu has some tight conditions precedents for off takes - doesn't appear like a lot of progress in 2022. I personally have concerns about this project getting off the ground in the near term. If the company blamed delays for BFS wait till they try to actually source materials for construction (that is post even securing funding)

Looking forward to a clearer picture come Thursday.
