The article says "which is investing", not has invested. This figure is based on the original expectations when Cuomo signed off on support. Since then iM3 purchased the A Lego equipment for 5 mill and are in discussions (term sheet signed) for $50 mill funding. Expect confirmation in next couple of weeks.
