Yes but its likely that everything will be in place before any capital raising, TMR agreement, finance, costs and cash flow projections should all work to ensure that the share price is substanially higher than where it is today.
Add to that that the capital costs to become operational will already be on the table.
Management priority is early cahflow and I like that plan.
