I'm guessing a lot of that 57% are performance shares and couldnt see too many retail investors thinking this is a good deal lets hope they all take an interest. Too far away for me to make it to a head count but my thumbs down is already written in stone.
To allow marcro economics and an opportunistic bid to eclipse the grand plan that we are so close to realising is bizzare.
