The way to dusty death indeed. We do have a dust problem.

That is one of my favorite speeches. I was reluctant to quote it lest it be too portentous.

However, being concerned with creeping at a petty pace I have been reading some old reports.

I quote from the 2010 annual:

"Another major objective during the year was to secure raw
material supplies and sales for the products. This was achieved firstly through an agreement with Orica Australia for the supply of pickle liquor and the sale of hydrochloric acid, and secondly through an agreement with CMC Cometals Australia for the supply of steel industry mill scale and coal and for the sale of Austpac Iron chips or briquettes and char."

So do we still have secured raw material supplies and offtake agreement?

I can accept the assurances that the plant is almost constructed, but can anyone assure me that we can move the completed plant directly into production. Please tell me we have contracts for supply and product sales.

I do not want to hear that we are still trialling feedstock and looking for customers. But I fear the Orica and CMC deals are long gone.
