    Decided to take a decent bite of ESN after much DD.
    Things I like outweigh stuff I don't like (there is a lot to dislike about ESN...lack of cash.....No safety net because of negative NTA ....Con Notes...Large number of scrip...Ongoing dilution at a discount with the Con Notes....Large sellers that acquired their stake at 0.001)
    A calculated gamble on my part.
