Having sifted through IMDA's website, I can see that:

1) they have been allocated a Mobile Provider Code no. 10

2) on 20 Oct 2017, they have been allocated International Signalling Point Codes. According to Annex 6 of the application, it suggests TPG are quite advanced.

3) there was a recent blog post from IMDA speaking quite favourably of TPG. Yeah, a gvmt body speaking favourably of an enterprise.

4) a reply from Tony Moffatt which sounds quite pleased with IMDA's actions on obtaining access to non government owned buildings
