I will also move on to another area of manipulation...why is an insitution when buying a stock allowed to sell during the process? If that is not manipulation then tony abbot will be pm next week!!!..read the substantial shareholder changes....when u read the buys and sells sometimes you are not sure if they are buying or selling..only down the bottom are you sure....same when they are selling..they should.not be allowed to buy!
I have said before.short selling would also not be as bad if it were not for the need for capital raises; or the leaks that occur from and amongst the investment banking community...time and time again the first we know of an impending c.r. is the sudden drop in share price..it is SHAMELESS profiteering from a small in the know minority.
Just in case everyone thinks i had a bad few days on market..no...enjoying rises in mp1 ,ago,.voc, pnv, mvp, caj, pme, vrs, and even spl (though its had a weak couple days)..touched up on xip but cant blame shorters there

Can't agree more. When they decide to exit a stock they hedge a short position then sell for months on end driving down the price while breaking even because of the short position. Can we all do this with confidence the SP will go down? No but Blackrock or Vanguard etc have the power to short the entire XJO on a whim let alone a tiny mid cap like TPM.
