    my understanding from inside sources, is that TPG will be using the cheapest and nastiest hardware that is available and the lowest tender price will be given the nod.

    sure that sounds like underhand tactics, but Teoh is now so desperate , as he took a leap of blind faith and now his feet can't even connect with 'paydirt'.
