Nice work BRAGG,

Good call, so need to balance initial cost of batteries and cost of replacing them every time they get stolen or need replacing. Suspect some towers have logistical challenges, so the less time to organise teams to visit the less cost in managing. Not sure if telcos have cameras at all towers, but I suspect if this trend continues there is a further cost. Let's not forget loss of reputation by telcos for community getting pissed off and media attention.

maybe cost becomes relative.
