Today, we’re happy to announce the launch of Ratings and Reviews. Now Owners and Renters can leave a star rating and their thoughts about their rental experience. We want to ensure that both parties have the best experience possible, and that means open and honest feedback about what went well and, sometimes, what didn’t go so well.
