Imo, their has certainly been a deliberate change in communication strategy over the last 3-6 months, for what reason I'm still unsure. Could positioning be occurring prior to a massive contract award, who knows?definitely us owners don't.
What I do know is it appears to be directly affecting the SP in a hugely negative way, when we receive solid deals like flexible Rideshare rentals and the recent (10% increase in fleet) 100+ Peugeot's the SP does nothing or goes down.

In this highly speculative sector so continuous SH engagement is a must and 'one' of the best practices to provide SP stability in lean times, keep the trust with LT investors and gain a solid reputation for new investor to join the journey.
