We wanted to reach out and let you know we’re working hard on developing Mobilise. We have been super busy building a platform that we believe will be one of the best sharing economy platforms in Australia - and you will be able to see it very soon.
What is Mobilise?
Mobilise is set to be a new, innovative platform that will enable businesses and individuals to safely and easily rent and monetise idle assets and equipment between each other. Mobilise will be Australia’s first complete business-to-business rent anything platform with insurance, payments, and customer support all included.
What are we up to at the moment?
We can’t say too much right now as we want to save the reveal for the big day and back it up with a substantial PR and marketing campaign. Needless to say, we’re very excited, and everyone is putting in an amazing effort in preparation for launch. A few things we can tell you right now;
We have been working very closely with Aon to finalise a one-of-a-kind insurance policy for Mobilise customers.
At the time of our launch we will focus on tools, machinery and plant equipment for the building, construction, trades, and DIY industries. There is a pre-existing, and strong propensity in these markets to rent tools and machinery, and incumbents have been slow to innovate on a digital level. This creates a unique opportunity for Mobilise.
As we learn, understand and absolutely nail a particular category we will then expand into other categories such as office furniture, technology and AV, space and so on.
What are our next steps?
We are finalising a number of marketing campaigns aimed at opening conversations with businesses and individuals that have idle assets and equipment to list on Mobilise.
