You have the right to complain but don't discourage investors with your unfortunate experience. Your post is defamatory and unsubstantiated. NTC has a retained earnings of $6.5M at 30-Jun-10.

This is not a sign of a "fund sucking machine". Furthermore NTC has paid out dividends during the company's history

Your argument is shot down right there. Granted, NTC hasn't set the world on fire and could have done much better, but it could have done much worse (look at some its competitors). For many stocks, there are winners and losers, you happen to be the loser (on NTC) and I am a winner (luckily).

I will refrain from discussing the future because nobody really knows but I am happy to be a long-term investor and will continue to accumulate on the dips.
