This stock is my biggest head scratcher of all the stocks I own and follow and the only one that delivers consistent dividends and growing ones at that. I know that overseas funds have been busy shorting our banks but the short position on MOC isn't worth mentioning, so why the depressed SP. Didn't get the chance to add on the first low of $1.63 but more than doubled recently at $1.645 for a $1.77 avg. $2.00 has to be on the cards soon and wouldn't be at all surprised to see this back at closer to $2.50 by years end. Safe reliable and productive obviously doesn't excite the market.
