The election outcome will have a profound impact on MOC's outlook. Things are tough, due to tight lending policies, but the review is three years away. Nothing insane likely to happen even then.

There has been talk about the next rate cut not happening, but instead a cut to the loan assessment servicing rate (whatever it is called), which will make it easier for many MOC clients to borrow. If the property market outlooks turns around, then MOC could be trading at double the current SP in a year or so.
