Like I said, Mocka is trying to compete with Kmart and Ikea but without the customer service and after sale support. When you are a pure online play on a cheap quality product and don't offer competitive shipping, that's a huge gamble the consumer is taking engaging your service. Especially when you can just go buy a similar product at Kmart today. We see how Brosa ended up, same for Mocka or any of these pure online furniture plays. Who is gonna buy a sofa or a table or a light without being able to touch, feel and see it?
