I am just trying to understand the decision of why ADH has to buy Mocka and FocusOn.
ADH is good at what they do with a bit of touch on small practical storage furniture, this is good for the overall look of their stores.
But touching full-scale furniture stores? Do they have enough human resources to support this business?
I am skeptical on the 20th trading update and see how it goes. Although am an ADH holder, I am always skeptical about how the decision was made.
They could have used the acquisition money to expend the business they are good at.
Any thoughts?
