You would think they would with the issue price well below the Market and even further below an indicative TO price that they have said was unacceptably low .
It would be a very poor message they would send to the Market if they did not take up their full entitlements .
You would think they would need to have a good reason not to take their full entitlement and should tell the Market why .
Imo they owe us that much considering what has happened to the SP over the last year .
