Noticed this over the past few months, lots of stock being accumulated but not pushing the price too hard.
Was waiting on the bid and finally got filled on Friday at 23.5c, which is a low risk entry imho.
Have been dead boring for a long time, so have a reasonable platform to notch up gains on.
Underlying indicators look good also.
