I'm on the record over 12 months ago saying the Feds and States should be planning and implementing for the new normal, they did zip zilch nada.

I'm guessing they initially thought it was going to pass (so didn't bother looking longer term), but it didn't pass, it just got worse.

Should have been a race, and the Feds and States should have been implementing a longer term plan for the new normal.

The sheet fight is yet to come, and many will suffer, and some will die.
