I remember when I was working , I spotted an edict from
the Govt someone had posted on the notice board , stating
various cost saving measures , new govt procedures and practices etc and how this was so revolutionary . It happened
at the time these measures would be in place in a shortwhile
after discusions with our union etc...I then looked at the
bottom of the page and found it to be written by Asochra??
