    Endless signing up of deals that don't show Sh returns should not be rewarded with bonuses , Until it reflects in the stocks SP over a sustained period.
    Dir of companies are employed to do this job in the first place that is what there paid to to. If what they do brings wealth to all invested then and only then should they get a pat on the back. not before JIMO
