    Great long strategy by China.
    Lock up every significant REE resource they uncovered by spiking prices 2011 and putting prospectors into high gear, then crush prices and feed the Dragon. Genius.

    Very unfortunate for Lynas, as this only exacerbates the ROW supply security problem that keeps ROW manufacturers shunning REEs and Chinese in control of REE market prices at little cost to themselves.
