    Readers, if you want the truth, refer to:

    1. Latest Annual Report which details payments to related parties (auditors definition, not mine).

    2. The company released details of the non compliance with listing rules and subsequent suspension.

    3. Official Fed Court Transcript to be made publicly available tomorrow.
