2019nCoV is in the same family of previous deadly strains of CoV: SARS and MERS. Both these were stopped without vaccines, so no, it is not true that only vaccines can stop nCoV. Therefore your initial premise is incorrect, resulting in the remainder comments being invalid.
By the way, there is no vaccine for SARS and MERS, and very little likelihood of one being developed in the near future. Experts agree.
The immediate solution is in containment and antivirals.
