There is always going to be a clash when computer looks after HSBC 1-3 of GOR interests and 2/3 other not HSBC and their trader.
Yes computer most trading legal UNLESS GOR DOES THE CORRECT PROCEDURE TO BAN it as they able & can.
Even shorting somewhat is legal but the line is drawn whether it is manipulative and others may seek the definitions and thoughts on that.
Being owned by HSBC well they have some onus there.
As for any other fired up stuff today on computer trader = no comment
