I am not sure what was said but notwithstanding the last couple of days which saw a little overselling of this stock the SP seems to be okay.

I'm not sure why you are stuck on $2.30 bf2. By your logic if I have this right you are referring to the overshot on consolidation on 16Apr. Following that why isn't $2.75, that occurred recently, your next target. It would seem that $2.10 - $2.20 is a level this the SP seems to be settling into.

The stock stayed above the $2.30 mark for quite some time which was your target yet you are still arguing that the stock needs to exceed it.

Haven't we already done that and ARH is now consolidating around this price. I know all the stuff about the money and yes the deal can fall on its face at any time but surely the price, extremes aside, is a measure of the progress of how likely this deal will be secured.
