Is there any reason you are avoiding helping me out with this?

I honestly cannot understand why the T6 who provided WKT with a $5mil loan in 2019 and $8.75mil in options were not willing to invest these funds ($13.75mil) in the company now they have been offered US$20 mil from a Tanzania bank. I know one of the T6 shareholders didn't even buy one share after the Tanzania funding announcement.

Instead, WKT are looking at what I would consider lower-tier broker to raise the funds,
As you would say, this is a massive red flag.

What happened to the investors who were going to pay a premium for the equity US$12mil?
