I'm happy that you have had some unrealized gains here, just don't get overly greedy. You see things better when you zoom out sometimes.

Had you bought into the alternative developer I recommended here I think around Feb/Mar when it was in low 30c while BDC around 7.5c, you would have been up quite a lot today. Most are still suffering from further losses after 4-5 years of investing in BDC, aren't they?
