They are completely different investments made at totally different stages of development and for different reasons. With the latter being at a much more derisked stage of development, as well as it being offered to a broader swath of investors. Those 2.5c shares reflect at least in Alex Sinclairs case the transfer of IP over to Invex upon inception, totally unfair imo to compare that to participating in a funding round prior to phase 3
