Yes we know that its valuation is high, based on what EDE has announced so far.
We have discussed to death, the matter of P/E's, which is what the analyst is saying.
we know that.
but what the SP is based on, is not current earnings or current profitability, but potential !
whilst this bloke said overvalued, he also quite earnestly agreed with the potential of Edencrete and the market potential.
Just because the SP has risen from 6c to 34c, is not a reason to get out of the stock, if you have a long term view on the potential of Edencrete.
He was talking about a $1m order - well that is just petty cash if the DOT's start using Edencrete.
