Are we entering into a new faze where the heavy hikes on interest rates may now be moderated? US inflation may be cooling as supply pushes to catch up with demand?
Some stability in interest rates may prove favourable for CWP? Will moderating interest rates aid the shopping centre sale?
Of course, with moderating interest rate increases? is now the time to set a sell price?, maybe property is close to this cycles lows?
Wage increases, immigration will likely stimulate the property market should interest rates stabilise - what might the change in N.S.W.'s stamp duty for sub $1.5 million have to demand?
