The current 6 months trading will be interesting, Covid being downplayed may have increased enthusiasm for buyers?, the economic environment has been seesawering suggestion we'll avoid a recession?, the sizeable Capital gain when achieved will be well received. Employment levels at record highs should be good for CWP.
They indicate they have great economic management practices, if so, perhaps 2023 will see CWP well placed to gain in the current environment?
