all signals are pointing to continuous housing shortages especially with the massive increase in migration to WA as borders open. massive rental deficits also compound value for property which flows through to big positives for companies going such as CWP and Peet for example. 2023 is going to be the year for property stocks such as those. i expect good dividends to follow and will hop on board
