Apart from the block trade, there appears to be a daily level of interest nibbling @ CWP - indications that some expect CWP to weather 2023? At what point will they hold off slowly pushing CWP up?
Should we have a soft landing from the RBA interest rates, increased immigration, under-supply of housing generally - those developers that are well managed & can resource their projects could have a bright future, do others agree?
