A few court gold matters sorted as expected in outcomes, Van also expected news should not be too far away??? BGL back trading with ruling expected (me unknown?) and also DCN with expected allowable merge that both parties agreed only needing court tick. Surely Van gets the tick soon also ??? How long with the threatened court action hanging over it... There should be allowable damages for vexatious, or without basis, or opportune litigation.... Phenix that VAN go go go...
