There are definitely problems with HC with rampers and bots seeming to have free rain. The dramatic fall in the number of posts, not to mention sensible posts is a sign of that.
I understand that moderators are voluntary and are hard to find (not inside info, just seems so). Some time ago I experienced a rouge moderator - he/she/it was totally biased, moderating any post which was vaguely critical of the equity in question ("Off topic"/ "cross posting" / "unsubstantiated information" etc) and yet letting the most outrageous positive post go through, even if they were off topic and /or referring to other equities in a negative way and/or making outrageous claims. Put me off HC for a good six months. From memory, I complained., but nothing happened.
