moderators..the shame files

Been a little disconcerting to myself and Im sure to other posters at how close we sail to the edge of being banned at HotCopper..I have noticed a conspicuous absence of a number of posts and posters and am very curious If members have been banned or retreated...


Are there any issues that can be bought to members attention in relation to recent bannings.

What are the terms of being banned
How long can one expect.
Is there an HC policy which is not as arbitrary as one might fear from from the thought police, or member moderators with whom one has personal issues.

perhaps a recidivists list may invade privacy.

maybe just a list of breaching reasons..

How about an escape clause Moderators can attach to all posts from the deranged and drugferked..
