Who said Battern was "akin to GDN executives"? I don't think I've read that anywhere.

Battern is part of a Board that includes GDN executives isn't he?

Peter Battern was brought on board to steer the lsting of WCU onto the TXS. Interestingly, Peter Battern hasn't told shareholders why listing on the TXS is necessary, what the process is, what the benefits/downsides are for the company and its shareholders.

From this I expect that Peter Battern lacks communication skills and believes shareholders are mushrooms.
