I think it is about right also. It must be considered though that SRB are undervalued not so much on cash and holdings, but on the addition of Sappes and Lady Loretta to those assets.

Merger looks about fair... SRB should probably be a little higher than it looks to open this morning; it could be argued that it is a better buy now with the ratio known than it was a week ago with further speculation.

I look forward to eventually joining you guys on a bigger and richer MSX thread in a few months when this is all settled...
