"Let’s just use the global population as human Guinea pigs – what could go wrong!"

I can see 2 things that could go wrong with having these mRNA nano-probes injected into you.

What if the mRNA is given to someone who lacks the ability to make anti-bodies to kill off the spike proteins being mass produced by the ribosomes reading mRNA code? Those manufactured spike proteins will float around until they plug into an ace2 receptor on certain cells. Then what? Will the cell absorb the spike protein and anything that has become stuck to it? What happens when the cell tries to decode and assemble the payload with a ribosome? Or what if something nasty gets in the cell by hitching a ride on a spike protein and corrupts the cell causing cancer maybe?

Why do important cell (e.g. lung, kidney, heart, gut cells, etc) have ace2 receptors on them in the first place? Is it just to let the coronavirus in OR does it have another purpose like receiving feedback from other cells via exsomes? If so, is it not possible that programming the immune system to kill off anything with a spike protein on it might take out an important extracellular feedback mechanism? The resulting disease might be difficult to link to the vaccine because it could manifest slowly in the form of high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease which has been linked to variations in ace2.
